  According to our drivers feedback, recently appeared many pick up failure situation when arrange according to the pick-up order address, mainly because customer change the pick-up address but do not update in the logistics system timely. We remind all the customers should update the pick-up address timely or contact customer service to handle it to make sure drivers can pick up successfully.
