Notification for DHL sent to Indonesia latest requirement in the customs clearance

• Dear customer,

  Informed by DHL, from now on, send parcels to Indonesia through DHL, if one ticket weight more than 100kg (include 100kg), the recipient can only for the company, can not for personal consignee, hotels, Banks, exhibition platform and so on, also need to provide the following information at the same time:

  1. The original clearance authorization (POA)

  2. Goods import value-added tax number (NPWP)

  3. Importers ID (API)

  4. The recipient customs registration ID number (NIK)

  The above information need to be ready before the goods arrived at the local, otherwise it will affect the customs clearance time, if the recipient cannot provide the above documents or do not have the above conditions, the parcels will be returned automatically, or the sender should bear all the consequence result from this.
