Dear customer,
Informed by Hong Kong UPS, due to the great demand of the plane from Hong Kong to Americas and Europe, the parcels received from Dec 9th to Americas and Europe still need to waiting for the shipping space to leave Hong Kong, and will fly to Americas and Europe after four or five days. Parcels received this week will arrange flight until next Thursday.
