Dear customer,
CNDHL recover accept parcels weight less than 4.5 kg, built-in battery items send to USA, Canada and Mexico, other countries and other weight period we do not collect built-in battery items.
Kindly remind: Parcels sent to USA, Canada and Mexico if the item is tablets, the quantity cannot more than 2 pieces, if contained item is mobile phone, and the quantity is more than 2 pieces, need to charge 10RMB additional fees per parcel. Other products don't need to charge additional fees.
