Notice on Overdue Tracking Numbers of Epacket Service（EUB2/SHEUB） Restricting Shipments

Dear Value customers:
Hello!
Recently we found that most returns were caused because of overdue tracking numbers. To avoid this problem, we made the following modifications in system :
1. Overdue tracking number will be changed into transfer number. Please submit orders again to receive new tracking number.
2. If clients need our help to change shipping label, the system will deduct 5 RMB per order as handlinge fee.
Special remind : Please move the order which won't be shipped in the near future into "unconfirmed", and after confirming, please submit it.
Channels Involved : EUB2/SHEUB.
