The notifications about implementation of customs clearance fee for e-commerce parcels from Germany customs

• Dear Value customers:

  Greetings !

  Germany custom informed us, the DHL of Deutsche Post service will charge extra 6EUR/order(Including VAT) for those import taxable items.(Including Non-EU origin ecommerce items and the declare value more than 22EUR items) .

  In order to avoid large amount of returning items due to the recipient refuse to pay customs clearance fee, our system will set the limitation, if the declare value greater than or equal to 25USD, the orders of air mail service to Germany will could not placed successfully except SFC DDP service(SFCQMDE/SFCQMDER/EUEXP1/EUEXP3/EUEXP4/SFCQM1R/SFCQM2R) and China post service(CNQM/CNQMR/WWAM/WWRAM/GZAM/GZRAM/CNKY/CNKYR). The program may online next week. During this period, please make sure the declare value less than 22usd or choosing our SFC DDP service or China post service to let the parcels delivery successfully.
