Notification for Quick mail service adjusted the rule of declared value

• Dear valued customer,

  Due to there are many Quick mail parcels had low declare valued problems recently and cause the destination Customs clearance problems, SFC system will limit the minimum declared value of not less than USD5, for a single order declaration below USD5 orders, the system will automatically modify to USD5.The related shipping service are SFCQM1/SFCQM1R,SFCQM2/SFCQM2R, SFCQMES/SFCQMESR,SFCQMDE/SFCQMDER,SFCQMIT/SFCQMITR.
  Please pay attention to the following detailed system rules,
  1. For customer orders worth less than USD5, as long as the order is uploaded to the SFC system, the declared value of the order will automatically be modified to USD5, regardless of the order is uploaded to what state;
  2. For multiple items and the total order details of the declared value of less than USD5, the system will be apportioned according to the proportion of goods according to the original value (details of rules: USD5/ orders total original value declared * original goods price = actual goods price);
  3.For the system automatically modify the declared value of orders, SFC system will send mail notification to customers;
  4. European countries customs declaration of value of the provisions of the order value is equal to the value of goods + freight, please be sure to declare the actual value of your goods;
