Notification for CAEXP declare requirement

• Dear customer,

  Informed by carrier, Canada customs inspect strictly for CAEXP fuzzy description and low declare, please note the following declare requirements:

  1. The item description should be detail

  1) Cannot describe according to the categories, shall fill the specific item name.
  Such as dog supplies, outdoor sports, accessory, etc. unable to discern the product information, the customs will refuse to accept the goods.

  2) Some products not only need to fill the item name, but also need to fill the usage and the details, including but not limited to the following:
  a) Clothes: need specific show jacket, pants or a suit, and add the product composition, Such as: Men's T shirts 55% cotton / 45% rayon.
  b) Shoes: need to add the applicable people, such as Men's Shoes, baby's Shoes or women's Shoes.

  2. Should fill the real declared value

  Customers need to fill in the real commodity trading value as the declare value, forbidden low declare. If Canada customs have questioned its value, the recipient or sender should provide the transaction proof such as: Papal, credit CARDS, receipts and mail payment record.

  If declare not correct, fined result from description or declared problem will bear by sender.
