From July 14, SZUPS to USA sales prices adjust as follow:
To east area (ZIP code starting with 0/1/2/3) and middle area (ZIP code starting with 4/5/6) of USA, sales prices increase by 1RMB/kg. To the west area (ZIP code starting with 7/8/9) sales pirces do not change.
