Notification for SFC holiday arrangement on National Day

• Dear customer,

  Since the National Day is on the corner, SFC wishes you a happy National Day!

  Our departments arrangement is as follows:

  Customer service department:

  1 October to 4 October, all on holiday.
  5 October to 6 October, part of customer service staff on duty.
  From 7 October, all customer service staff back to work as normal.

  Kindly remind: due to the customer service could not provide tracking service during 1 October to 4 October, all the service in transport have the following problem will not be handled in time, such as destination customs clearance delay, address incorrect, the recipient not available. In order to avoid export cargo returned or destroyed, please inform the recipient must contact the local to process these problems actively before parcels sent out.

  Financial department:

  1 October to 6 October, all on holiday.
  From 7 October, back to work as normal.

  Kindly remind: 1 October to 6 October cannot top up into SFC account manually, please do not pay to our Paypal account, HSBC account and merchants bank account, please top-up enough balance in advance. Paypal and 99Bill online top up function will run normally.

  Shenzhen package processing center:

  Only 1 October off work, other time work as normal.

  Kindly remind: customers in shenzhen area need pick up on 2 October, please create the pick-up list on 30 September in SFC system.

  Huaqiang north department/Longhua Minzhi department:

  1 October to 3 October, all on holiday.
  From 4 October, back to work as normal.

  Shanghai/Guangzhou branch:

  1 October to 4 October, all on holiday.
  From 5 October, back to work as normal.

  Please prepare shipment in advance, affected by the carriers holiday arrangement, part of the cargo delivery time will be delay.
