Notification for HKUPS and HKDHL add new FBA service sent to Japan

• Dear customer,
   
  From now on, HKUPS and HKDHL add new FBA service sent to Japan, so far, HKDHL and HKUPS support sent FBA to the three countries: the United Kingdom, the United States and Japan, sent to Japan do not need to verify EORI and without VAT, the duty and customs clearance fee is the same as the FBA sent to United Kingdom and the United States.
   
  1. The VAT
   
  HKDHL and HKUPS send to the United States and Japan, no VAT; Sent to United Kingdom, VAT charge standard is as follows:
   
  a. Sent to the same recipient on the same day, total declared value less than or equal 15GBP, shall be exempted from VAT;
   
  b. Sent to the same recipient on the same day, total declared value exceed 15GBP, charge VAT according 20% of declared value. For example: the total declared value is 20 GBP, VAT=20*20%=4GBP.
   
  2. Duty
   
  The duty depends on the item and the the customs policies and regulations, our system deduct the duty according to the corresponding duty rate matched the customs code provide by customers, if the customer fill the customs code error lead to the system cannot deduct duty, we will deduct once we confirm the duty.
   
  3. Customs clearance fee
   
  a. HKUPS clearance fee: 220 RMB/order
   
  b. HKDHL clearance fee: 150 RMB/order
   
  Kindly remind: the declared value should be based on actual sales price, please do not fill in the product cost prices, avoid customs defined as low-value goods.
