• Dear customer,

  EUEXP3 is one express special line which cooperated with the Holland Post, it can delivery to all European countries with the feature of  fast, safe, high delivery rate and fast customs clearance,  post channel delivery support tracking, 4-7 working days can delivery and cost-effective, it is another ideal choice send to Europe.

  Note:

  1. Charging mode: charged according to actual weight.

  2. Weight limit: the Maximum weight shall not be more than 31.5KG. 

  3. Maximum size limit: circumference (Length+2*Width+2*Height)<300cm, the longest side should not exceed 175cm; Minimum size limits: must be able to paste the minimum address label of 10cm * 15cm.

  4. Declared value restriction: each order should not more than 5000USD.

  5. The return service: parcels return to Holland Post office as incorrect address or recipient refused, the sender can choose return to China, charging standard: 200 RMB/KG+50 RMB/piece.

  6. Forwarding service: parcels return to Holland Post office as incorrect address or recipient refused, the sender provide new delivery address, can arrange forward with the cost of original freight plus 50RMB/piece.

  7. Abandon service: parcels not delivered return to Holland Post, if customer require destroy, the charge is 20 RMB/KG + 5 RMB/piece.

  8. Address: receiver address must be detail, do not accept P.O.BOX address.

  9. Duty related: the declared value less than 22EUR, there is no VAT and duties; declared value more than 22EUR but less than 150EUR, charge VAT according 21% of declare value; declared value more than 150EUR will have duty, the duty amount will be subject to Poland bills issued by the customs.
