Notification for CNQM and CNQMR service online

• Dear customer,

  We will launch CNQM and CNQMR tomorrow, and close WWAM and WWRAM at the same time.

  CNQM and CNQMR is the upgrade version of WWAM and WWRAM, it can guarantee the delivery time not change, at the same time operate and after-sales service is done by the post office directly,  post office customer service  will contact customers directly about the query, return, hold and any other exception, customers can get the package information more timely and effectively.

  If you want to use this service please contact the account manager, and please pay attention to the following points:

  1. Need to contact account manager to activate the access of CNQM/CNQMR.

  2. When CNQM/CNQMR system orders move to “submitted” from “unconfirmed” or “confirmed”, the system will withhold freight according to the weight preset, after parcels delivered to the post office, SFC will refund the freight withhold, then deduct freight according to the actual weight feedback by post office(Transaction Details will have 3 records: hold, refund and the post office deductions)

  3. The post office after-sales service hotline will be posted on the customer user center, the CNQM/CNQMR related query issues please contact the post office staff.

  4. Customer packing requirements:

  1) CNQM/CNQMR parcels must be separated from other channels package, CNQM/CNQMR parcels need to hang up the special tags which should  indicate the shipping method, quantity, weight and other relevant information (SFC provide special tags, please apply in  the logistics system material list).

  2) CNQM and CNQMR must be separated bagging.

  3) CNQM and CNQMR quantity must be marked separately on the receiving list.

  Please make sure operate according to the above requirements, otherwise the parcel will delay one day, thank you for your cooperation!
