Notification for HKDHL limit send to Israel and Libya

• Dear customer:

         Informed by the Hong Kong DHL, influenced by Israel and Libya unrest, parcels send to Israel and Libya  services update as follows:

        1. Libya

        Due to the domestic tension in Libya, parcels export to Libya will be subject to the following restrictions, once recover will inform again:

       1) Volume limit: the parcel size cannot be more than 120 cm * 80 cm * 80 cm

       2) Weight limit: each parcel chargeable weight not more than 30 kg, each order chargeable weight less than 240 kg

      2. Israel

      Influenced by local security situation in Israel, the postal code for the following areas will be suspended to accept parcel delivery service:
