Notification for AUEXP accounting standards changed and some notes

• Dear customer,

  From 8th Apr,2014, AUEXP accounting standards has been changed, packages need to calculate the volume weight, charge heavier one compared with actual weight, volume weight calculation formula: length cm X width cm X height cm /5000, packages packing by bag and the dimension less than 32 cm * 40 cm only charged by actual weight.

  Please pay attention to the following matters:

  1.Weight limitation: less than 29 KG.

  2.Dimension limitation:Unilateral length less than 152 CM.

  3.Declared value can not exceed 1000.00 AUD, or will be generated VAT and duty.

  4.Light and small products can packing by blank bubble bag without any unnecessary words, heavier products must packing by sturdy carton, but do not accept by wooden.

  5.Need provide specific address, including street number, street name, district, state and zip code, do not accept PO BOX address.

  6.Item description need provide correct and specific, including the material, usage etc, prohibit declaring general item description such as sample, gift, accessory, toy, wood, clothes and so on.

  7.Declared value and quantity must be truly and correctly, not allowed false declare.

  8.Please submit the investigate application to customer service within 30 days if you need to track further transportation situation, beyond the deadline will not be accepted.
