Notification for relevant new regulations for delivery to Indonesia and namibia

• Dear customer,

  Indonesia

  Informed by DHL, in accordance with the Indonesia customs requirements, Indonesia recipient who imported items need to apply for and obtain the required imported material, otherwise the item may have customs clearance delay or be forced return by the local customs, import items weighs more than 100kg, shipping address must be the company, and able to provide the following documents:

  1) The original POA (authorization letter)

  2) Tax number (NPWP)

  3) Import ID (API)

  4) The customs ID (NIK customs registration certificate)

  Note:

  1) After the item arrived in the local the recipient shall provide the original POA authorization letter to assist customs clearance;Tax number, import ID, The customs ID shall be provided before shipment (send with items).

  2) If the item weigh more than 100 kilograms, the recipient is hotel, private, Banks, exhibition hall, or the recipient cannot provide the above customs clearance documents, DHL do not provide service.

  3) If the item have arrived at the local within 30 days, the recipient failed to provide the above documents, the goods will be returned automatically.

  Namibia

  Informed by DHL, according to Namibia customs requirements, all the imported items invoice must include the following information:

  1) The country of origin

  2) The recipient and sender complete address information

  3) The invoice should be in English

  4) Items declare real value

  5) The detailed description - do not accept general declare: "Samples" or "Spares"

  6) All the products must be truthfully declare on the invoice

  Use the following types of invoices banned import of Namibia:

  1) The proforma invoice

  2) Written invoice

  3) Written or revised invoice

  4) With the remark "only for customs declaration "

  5) Invoice declare currency should not be original countries, must be destination country currency, the euro or dollars.
