Notification for logistic system returns processing online

• Dear customer,

  The returns processing function will online soon. in order to cut down the return processing time, please log in user center, enter shipping service then click return processing check or reply the return handling suggestion, and also has a return reminder function in the home page of the user center. In order to provide more high quality customer service, please be sure to pay attention to the following:

  1. The returns processing time:
  The returns needs to be handled within 5 working days, if overdue do not reply the suggestion, the returns will change to expired automatically and will be destroyed acquiescently.

  2. The returns charge standard:
  HKBAM/HKBRAM/DEAM2/DERAM2/SWBAM/SWBRAM/SWBAM1/SWBRAM1/SGAM/SGRAM returns, need to charge the return fee 50RMB/KG.
  CNAM/CNRAM returns charge for free.

  3. The returns abandon charge: 1RMB/KG.

  4. Unpacking inspection charging: 5RMB/piece.(Charge when unpacking needed).

  5. Warehouse returns restock:
  a. Charge warehouse space according to the product volume.
  b. Insurance premium.
  c. Order handling fee.
  d. Overweight handling fee: For more than 2KG returns, beyond the parts need to charge 1RMB/KG, less than 1KG charge per 1KG.
