Notification for change penalty of sending infringing products via SFC

• Dear customer,

  SFC reaffirm: We reject any goods which violate the national laws and regulation prohibit the infringing copyright, trademark or other authority and contraband packages.

  We will intensify to check the parcel, once we find the package contain infringing and contraband goods(including the product accessories), each package will be punished for 100RMB, meanwhile, the customer should bear the corresponding legal responsibility, therefore, please stop mailing immediately.

  Also we need remind the customer, due to the goods of low declared increasingly serious problem recently, in all countries customs have been highly concerned about this issue,and crack down on the low declared.to ensure make custom clearance smoothly, please declared the true value,the declared value based on the transaction price between the consignee and consignor(can not declare the factory cost price or purchase price), the destination customs will contact the consignee to verify the declared value whether consistent with the transaction value,otherwise,the local customs will blacklist the consignor who involved the low declared after investigation, and also packages will possible return to the consignor or to impose penalty without notice in advance.

  Please comply strictly with above provisions, otherwise, caused any liability and expense shall be borne by the consignor.
