Notice: Requirement of HKDHL service to Turkey

• As advised by HKDHL, in accordance with Turkey Customs regulations which are implemented on Mar8, 2011, for non-Commercial items, statement of “Free of charge” must be written in the invoice (value less than 150 Euro), otherwise, the official customs clearance would be needed for the items. Therefore, goods delivery is subject to delay in customs clearance.
  1.       Requirements of the invoice are provided as follows:

  Incorrect item description     --    Corresponding correct item description
  Sample/Sample Textile        --    100% cotton sample T-shirt
  Shell fabric                 --     a roll of braided fabric 50% cotton 50% acrylic fibers
  Auto parts                  --    Auto front glass
  Electron                   --     TV, Display, Printer, LCD
  Machine elements          --      Pump, seal, Engine
  Gifts                      --     Pen, 100% real silk scarf, doll, RC Toy Machines
  Commodities     --     100% cotton scarf, non- precious metal earrings, 100% woolen gloves
  2. Unified Item Code in the invoice would be much helpful to speed up the customs clearance.

  3. Correct quantity and price of goods

  4. Correct unit and total value

  5. Date and invoice number

  6. Shipping fee(payment by sender)
