Due to the cost of air transportation keep increasing, DEEXP freight increase about 17%, handing fee decrease about 5%，DEEXPLS freight increase about 22%, handing fee no change.
ITEXPTH freight increase about 22%, handing fee no change. Volume weight calculation rules change to L* W* H /8000,charge the greater of either the volume weight or the actual weight
