The Notification about
HKUPS Adjusts Rates in 2011

• As advised by HKUPS, from 1 January 2011, HKUPS will impose surcharge to all returned packages and change the rates of one order with many pieces.
  If recipient's refusing to receive the package or other reasons that lead to the failure of delivering your packages, UPS will try to contact you for further indication. If you want to return your package, then you should pay UPS surcharge of 78 yuan per order(excluding the returning fee, duties caused and warehousing fee)
  
  The total charged weight of a package is calculated by the heavier one of each pieces' actual weight and volumetric weight in the waybill, the charged weight per package is the sum of the charged weight per piece, the calculation of one order with many pieces is as follows:

  First Piece	8	15	15
  Second piece	10	6	10
