Items Should Be Aware When Using UPS to Deliver

• As advised by the HKUPS, for the purpose of minimizing the questionned packages and making your delivery smoothly, please pay attention to the following content:
  1. If you have one order with many packages to deliver, please inform the recipient to check out the number of packages upon receiving; If the recipient find the packages lacked, please record the international tracking number of the received packages on the spot. (Please  refer to the lable of every package to get the specific number)
  2. If the recipient reports to receive the wrong packages, please inform the recipient to kindly offer the picture of the packages, make sure to keep the package picture and the packages. Please inform the recipient to offer the package  picture, otherwise, your packages can't be tracked and coped.
  3. If the recipient find the packages somewhat broken or partly lost, please inform the recipient  to keep the packing and goods, count up the specific model and number of the broken or lost goods, and phone to the local UPS to complain.
  4. If the UPS website updates the record of signin, but the recipient has not received the package, please kindly offer the recipient the detailed information , which contains: goods content, international tracking number, the name of recipient. If the recipient still insists to have not received the packages, please phone to the ocal UPS to complain, note the phone date and the name of the customer service. Please be aware of reporting the international tracking number commenced with 1z upon phoning.
