If you need to submit the further inquiry with carrier, please be sure to submitted to further check inquiry within 2 month after shipment. Every inquiry should input into checking system, Learn more,  we don't support checking on-line. It's not allowed to submit further inquiry if the package was shipped out over 2 month.

  If you didn't follow the above instructions of further inquiry, we could not apply compensation for you.
