Notification for SFC China fulfillment services storage space(CBM) charging rules adjust

• Dear Customer,
   
  In order to provide more accurate calculation standard for fulfillment customers, from August 1st, 2016, our company adjust the storage space and overdue storage charging rules of fulfillment monthly plan as follows:
   
  1. Storage space:

  Each SKU minimum charge 0.25M³ , that is, when the same SKU of all batches total occupied space less than 0.25M³ , charge by 0.25M³, when the same SKU of all batches actual occupied space exceed 0.25M³ , charge by actual occupied space.
   
  2. Overdue storage:

  1) From the date the SKU put on the shelves, single batch not shipped more than 180 days, the storage space of overdue batch of SKU will be calculated based on the twice of actual storage space occupied, the sum of overdue and not overdue product storage space minimum charge 0.25M³.

  For example: a mouse, the actual volume: 10CM * 7CM * 5CM / 1000000 = 0.00035M³
  The first batch 200 mouses, occupy total space: 200 * 0.00035 = 0.07M³,
  due to not shipped more than 180 days, the storage space of overdue batch will be calculated based on the twice of actual storage space occupied, namely 0.07M³ * 2 = 0.14M³;
  The second batch 500 mouses, occupy total space: 500 * 0.00035 = 0.175M³;
  The storage space occupied on next month plan settlement date is: 0.14M³ + 0.175M³ = 0.315M³, if the sum of overdue and not overdue product storage space less than 0.25M³, will charge by 0.25M³, if exceed 0.25M³ then will charge by actual occupied space.
   
  2) From the date the SKU put on the shelves, single batch not shipped more than 360 days, the storage space of overdue batch of SKU will be calculated based on the quadruple of actual storage space occupied, the sum of overdue and not overdue product storage space minimum charge 0.25M³.

  For example: a mouse, the actual volume: 10CM * 7CM * 5CM / 1000000 = 0.00035M³
  The first batch 200 mouses, occupy total space: 200 * 0.00035 = 0.07M³, due to not shipped more than 360 days, the storage space of overdue batch will be calculated based on the quadruple of actual storage space occupied, namely 0.07M³ * 4 = 0.28M³;
  The second batch 500 mouses, occupy total space: 500 * 0.00035 = 0.175M³;
  The storage space occupied on next month plan settlement date is: 0.28M³+0.175M³=0.455M³, if the sum of overdue and not overdue product storage space less than 0.25M³, will charge by 0.25M³, if exceed 0.25M³then will charge by actual occupied space.
