Notification for SAEXP online

• Dear customer,

  SFC have launched India Special line (SAEXP) service which is tax included service, developed by SFC and India express company. The average delivery time is 5-10 days, support all-the-way tracking, more cost-effective and safer.

  1. The service scope and path

  Destination only for India. After SFC processing, parcels will be transited from Hong Kong to Delhi then transfer to the destination city after customs clearance.

  2. Weight and volume limit

  Weight limit: less than 2kg.
  Size limit: unilateral length less than 100cm;Width and length not exceed 180cm.
  Charging rules: charge the larger one between volume weight and actual weight. Volume weight calculated is length * width * height / 6000 (unit: cm).

  3. Declared value restrictions and tariffs

  Each parcel declared value limit less than 20USD, tax included within 20USD. Require customers declare truthfully of the commodity, quantity and value. If customs inspection is not in conformity with the actual situation, may be fined and sender should bear all the cost.

  4. The value-added services

  For the parcels unable to contact the recipient, address incorrect or refused, the sender can provide effective contact number or fowward to other customerS, overdue will default abandon.
   
  5. The contraband items

  This service do not accept battery items and sex products besides the  general aviation contraband item.
