Notification for HKDHL sent to America heavy cargo booking operation requirements

• Dear customer,

  Informed by HKDHL, from now on, cargo sent to the United States more than 500kg have the following booking operation requirements, such as cargo weight exceed the following list, will be considered overweight/bulky cargo, need to booking space in advance, after HKDHL allow and confirm the shipping space then can be shipped to HKDHL designated warehouse to arrange transshipment.

  1. Each order chargeable weight: 500 kg or above.
  2. Sent out multiple orders to one recipient or from one shipper, and the total chargeable weight exceed 500 kg.
  3. Sent out multiple orders from the same shipper to the same city code, and its total chargeable weight exceed 500 kg.

  Kindly remind: if delivery to the HKDHL without booking and confirm the shipping space in advance, shall be treated as return by HKDHL.
