Notification for the information filled specification of international EMS parcels

• Dear customer,

  According to the notice of China Post, in order to avoid international EMS delay caused by the address and other related information filled not standard, now repeat the the detail requirements as follows, please comply with them:

  1. Must fill the address and contact number with English or the words destination countries understand.

  2. Cannot use post office box number as the recipient address. The recipient's name and address should be filled In details, can not use abbreviations, acronyms or argots. If the delivery delay due to the address not correct or not detailed, the post office do not bear the main responsibility.

  3. In order to avoid the customs fasteners caused by the unknown declared and the resulting delivery delay, must truthfully fill the items description, quantity and country of origin in English, if the items are gifts to the recipient, also need to mark the specific item name, such as mobile phones, description need to be filled Gift (mp). Prohibit to simply fill "Sample, Gift, Personal effects" and other general name.

  4. In order to avoid the recipient to undertake additional import tariffs and the resulting delays, the description and the declare value must be filled truthfully, declared value must use U.S. dollar as the monetary unit.
