Notification for Albania, Israel, Panama modified the post delivery guide

• Dear customer,

  Informed by the Post Office, the following countries have modified the post delivery guide, we list the modified information for reference:

  Albania

  For air and surface mail item including EMS addressed to Kosovo, addressee's full name, accurate address and contact telephone (if available) should be indicated on item together with the following:

  REPUBLIC OF KOSOVO
  XZ
  VIA ALBANIA

  Israel

  Since 1 February 2013, postcode for all addressees in Israel is implemented, instead of a five-digit postcode. The seven-digit unique for every building in 96 localities covering the majority of deliveries in Israel.
  For smaller localities, one single seven-digit postcode covers the entire locality.

  In general, the previous five-digit postcode will remain the same with the addition of two extra digits. A postcode locator is available in Hebrew on the Israel Postal Company website at: http://www.israelpost.co.il/zipcode.nsf/demozip?OpenForm

  Panama

  The following key information should be written clearly on each item:

  Addressee’s full name and address: P.O. Box or street number and house number;
  Number of flat (if located in block) or business premises;
  Locality of addressee: province, district, etc;
  Name of city and country written in capital letters: for example, PANAMA CITY, PANAMA;
  For registered mail and EMS items, a fixed or mobile telephone number should also be provided for both the sender And addressee, if available.
