Notification for HKBRAM sent to United States return to normal and some notes need to be knew

• Dear customer,

  HKBRAM sent to United States return to normal, please pay more attention to the following notes:

  1. Tracking service:
  According to Hongkong Post notice, from 1 July 2013, United States postal no longer provide the tracking record for HKBRAM, the Hongkong Post do not provide the tracking service to United States, customers can check the departure information on the Hongkong Post online (when depart from HK).

  2. Compensation services:
  Hongkong Post is no longer provide the compensation services sent to the United States, if lost, SFC do not bear the compensation.

  3.Insurance service:
  We will not provide the Insurance service to United States through HKBRAM.
