Notes for Battery Sent Via HKUPS

• Please pay attention to the information below about battery products sent via HKUPS.
   
  1.     All batteries in the same parcel should be packed separately in boxes or bubble bags, and different batteries (say dry cells, lithium cells) should not be in the same parcel, which means we could only send them out with separate orders.
   
  2.     WH (Watt Hours) should be noted on batteries.
   
  3.     Weight limits on battery products should not exceed 10kg for each item, and single parcel weight should be over 5kg.
   
  4.     HKUPS accepts lithium cells and dry cells only. Also, purposes of batteries or cells should be noted clearly. For dry cells, their types should be included (say nickel hydride cells, manganese cells).
   
  5.     When you find the price given to you being not in correspondent with the one showing on our web, please kindly contact our CS department for consultation.
