About Charging For The Storage Packages

Please kindly note our company was made announcement on 28th January 2010 about cost will be charged if your packages can not be sent out in the short term (within one week).
Since we have more and more new customers, it is necessary to clarify this issue to our new customers too.
Generally speaking, customers’ packages can be sent out at the same day if no problems (such as the volume weight or others) that we need to confirm with you firstly. If indeed problems need to be confirmed, packages should be dealt with and are sent out from our company within 3 days, or no more than one week.
If packages are stored at our company for more than one week, that not only taking our operation dep. limited space, but also affecting our operation dep. dealing efficiency of the normal packages too.

If your packages are stored at our company more than one month and no instruction is advised by the customer, then this kind of packages will be discarded.
