About Customs fastener Of The Packages Via CN Post

Advised by China post, according to the stipulations of China post and Customs, once the packages via China post (including the standard mail and registered mail) are being Customs fastener, then the packages will not be returned from the customs. Shipping cost will not be refunded either.
