How do I know when my parcel was sent out?

Login to our system and then click the "Search" link at the left side of the page. Search for your order and you will find the corresponding tracking number. You may then use the tracking number to track your parcel at this website (near the top of every page). Note that there is no tracking number if you are shipping by regular postal service.
