Our China Express Mail is ideal for parcels that need to be delivered within 2 to 6 business days. It is fast and has a tracking number. We strongly recommend this service if you have urgent deliveries. If it is not so urgent and yet you still want a tracking number, then we will recommend our China Registered Mail Service instead. If you do not even require a tracking number, then we will recommend our China Postal Service.

You have the option of either sending out from China or sending out from Hong Kong. Due to differences in countries and regions, the processing time of each shipping company may vary. It is normally within 2 to 6 business days. You can track the parcel from the shipping company's website.

Charges for China Express Mail
The charges for China Express Mail include handling fee, fuel surcharge and postage fee.

a. Handling Fee
Range from 4.95 RMB (US$0.66) to 9.95 RMB (US$1.33), depending on your weekly volume. It is based on the number of parcels you send out weekly.

b. Postage Fee
This is based on weight of the parcel and the destination. Here is an example of sending to USA:

Important Information regarding China Express Mail

1. If the dimensional weight of a parcel exceeds the actual weight, then the postage rate will be based on the dimensional weight. Formula = Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 6000. If the dimensional weight is less than 1kg, then it will be considered as 1kg.

2. The length plus twice the height plus twice the width must not exceed 330cm.

3. If the weight of a parcel equals or exceeds 68kg, then it must be packaged using a skid.

4. Prior notification or reservation must be made for any of following situations:

• The parcel's length plus twice the height plus twice the width exceeds 330cm or
• The parcel's weight equals or exceeds 68kg or
• The total weight of all parcel exceeds 300kg
