Paypal Important Notice: May 27th System Maintenance Outage

As advised by Paypal,paypal system will being upgraded to improve the quality and reliability of the services and, as a result, PayPal will experience a series of limited service interruptions in the next few months.
Paypal will be performing system maintenance on May 27, 2011 from 6:04 AM GMT (2:04 PM SGT) to approximately 6:30 AM GMT (2:30 PM SGT.) The PayPal website and PayPal APIs will be offline during that time and buyers attempting to make payments will receive error messages and will not be able to complete their purchases. Other services that will be down during this time include Website Payments Pro Payflow Edition and Batch Processing (batch.paypal.com). We will be sure to let you know the timing of future planned outages.
