Notification for SFC add No master parcels claimed function

• Dear valued customers,

  Considering that some customers send domestic express to us without any order number or driver pick up parcels attached other company label, in order to deal with such package more effectively, we online new function no master parcels, we will upload the unrecognized package information to the system, customers can login User center- Abnormal-no master to claim, once confirm please contact customer service to fix it. Kindly remind we will temporarily store it for two weeks, once expired unclaimed parcels will be destroyed automacially.
