HKDHL1/DHLHKW need provide EORI/VAT or personal tax payer ID for all Italy shipment

  Please kindly note we got the notice from DHL, Italian government has implemented a new law since January 1, 2019 that all goods must provide the company's EORI/VAT number or the Italian personal tax payer ID.
  From now on, all parcels using HKDHL and DHLHKW should provide EORI/VAT number or Taxpayer ID in our system. In order to ensure timely communication of clearance information, please also provide detailed information of the recipient and the recipient's mobile phone number.If the relevant information on the invoice is missing or erroneous, such as customs clearance or return, all the costs will be borne by the sender.
