1.The weight between 0kg - 0.4kg, freight will decreased around 9.98%, handling charge will increased around 23.1%.
2.The weight between 0.41kg to 70kg, freight will decreased around 4%, handling charge will increased around 3.3%.
3. Effective date:2019/1/8.
