Original Invoice, Importer and Exporter Code Needed for HKDHL Delivery to UAE

• As advised by HKDHL, all the packages delivery to UAE, if the declared value is over $ 270, you should offer the original invoice, and your invoice should meet the following requirements:
  1) Invoice should contain one original invoice and one copy (need printing),  the only code(invoice code), indicating country of goods origin(each item), goods' complete description, HS code, each item's weight, unit, value, currency.
  2) Universal description are unacceptable for multiple items in the invoice, eg: accessory, gift,120kg, $ 300.00
  Besides, all the packages, no matter for import or export, importer and exporter should register in Dibai customs administration and take the importer/exporter code. If importer or exporter has not yet registered, packages' customs clearance will be subject to delay.
