The notification on USA FBA service(CNSFEDEX) Upgrade

  Hello!

  From now on CNSFEDEX service can create order under SFC system. Meanwhile, the upgraded channel has the following features:

  1. Time limit of service, calculated from the next day after the tracking number is issued. We promise, Fedex can pick up goods within 6 working day and update the pickup information. Otherwise, you can apply for refunding the shipping fee. Not including the delays due to products itself problems caused Custom Inspection.

  Supplementary explanation: The tracking number will update once shipped out from SFC normally. For example, on 24th of May(Thursday) shipped out by our SFC, the calculate begins from 25th and the deadline is 1th of June, You can apply for free shipping if no pickup information during the limited time. If you shipped out on 26th of May(Saturday), the first day of calculation is from 28th of May(Monday)

  2. DAILY direct flight from HongKong from Monday to Sunday.

  3. Only for the zip code begin with 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7 (8,9 no service).

  4. The maximum weight of a single ticket cannot exceed 100KG.

  5. Declared value requirements: For acutal weight goods, the declare value should more than 7USD/Kg; for the bulky cargo, the declare value should more than 90USD per carton. The maximum declare value is 800usd for each shipment.
