Notice about Packaging Restrictions of Hong Kong DHL (HKDHL)

• Dear Value customers:

  Hello!

  Informed by the Hong Kong DHL, from May 23, 2018 all shipments trans-shipped via Hong Kong's DHL channel, the packaging restrictions are as follows:

  1, the goods must have an outer packaging, the packages should be packed with DHL bag, Or packed with cartons or wooden box if the packages are not suitable for DHL bags.

  2. Do not accept goods packed in non-DHL bag;

  3. Can’t accept the shipment that can’t be folded, such as cylindrical and other irregularly shaped goods.

  4. DHL packaging Restriction is not including wooden box, wooden pallet.

  If you failed to follow the above requirement, may bring the results like: package could not be trans-shipped ， detain on Hongkong or be forcible returned from abroad , the sender shall take responsible for all the related result and costs.
