Informed by the carrier, the non-register service of Quick Mail Level 2 (SFCQM2) will be upgraded into half-tracking service, online tracking information is avaliable before package arrives destination country, Details. There is no tracking information within destination countries. Meanwhile, the shipping rate of Quick Mail Servcie Level 2 (SFCQM2&SFCQM2R) will have some adjustment.
