Notification for Canada FBA dedicated line goes online

• Dear valued customer,

  From now on, Canada FBA dedicated line officially goes online. To insure shipments can be safe and cleared smoothly, please notice below items:

  1. Label "MADE IN CHINA" for each product is required before shipping. For shipments to amazon's warehouse , each box in the outer box needs to have at least 2 FBA barcodes (one for each);

  2. FBA shipments required: 1) Shipment Number (FBA NO.) 2) Amazon Internal Reference Number (Reference ID);

  3. One single box' s chargeable weight must exceed 12KG, box less than 12KG shall be charged as 12KG; If a single order less than 21kg, it shall be charged as 21KG for CAFBACN, it will have minimum charge which is 735RMB for CAFBAHK;

  4. The gross weight of one piece does not exceed 30Kg (gross weight). The longest side can't exceed 120CM, the second long side can't exceed 75CM, the girth can't exceed 320CM;

  5. The long shipment must add RMB80 each: (Only can exceed one item below. Shipments exceed two items at the same time are not acceptable);a. Longest edge ≥120CM b. Second longest edge ≥75CM

  6. Boxes should be regular and strong. Please do not to use yellow tape for sealing.
