The Notice about No Returning Service for Non-tracking Service by Deutsche Post (DEAM/DEAM2)

Dear Value customers:
Greetings !
Informed by Deutsche Post, from this year on, the untrackable service of Deutsche Post (DEAM&DEAM2) will not offer return options for undelivered packages. Instead of returning back to Hongkong operation center before, now these packages will be destroyed at local. However, the track-able service (DERAM2) will maintain the return service as before. We will import these returns from HK to Shenzhen.
If you need returns service, please do not untrackable service of Deutsche Post (DEAM&DEAM2).
