The Notification about
Limitation for Packages Which Transferred Via USA or Into USA by HKDHL

• According to America security inspection request, we are informed by HKDHL with immediate effect as below showed:
  1、 All the packages with toner cartridge or which products contain additional toner cartridge are out of service
  2、 All the packages must be examined by X –Ray machine, and then can be transfered via USA or enter USA, therefore we can not accept any packages which can not be inspected by X-Ray machine due to it is over size or over weight.
  (remarks: X-Ray machine size limitation: 165cm(height) x 150cm( width) ; weight limitation: less than 2000kg )
