Notification for CNQM and CNQMR operation specification matters need attention

• Dear customer,

  Since we launched service CNQM and CNQMR, customer operation have some problems need pay attention, we inform the relevant operation specification as follows:

  1. Packing requirements:

  1) CNQM/CNQMR parcels must be separated from other channels package, CNQM and CNQMR must be separated bagging.

  2) After packing need to hang up the special tags which should  indicate the shipping method, quantity, weight and other relevant information. SFC provide special tags, please apply in the logistics system material list.

  3) The shipping method, quantity and weight marked on the tag should be in accordance with the actual.

  2. Order upload requirements

  If confirm delivery the parcel to SFC, the corresponding system orders must be in submitted status, if in the other status (such as "confirmed") orders will not be able to transfer to post office, parcels will not be processed even delivered to the post office.

  Please comply strictly with above provisions, otherwise, caused any delay, loss or other issues shall be borne by the consignor.
