Notification for logistics system add "EORI Number" function

• Dear customer,

  From now on, the shipping method EUEXP1, EUEXP2, SFCQM1, SFCQM1R, SFCQM2, SFCQM2R, RM1, RM1R add "EORI number" function, customers can choose their own EORI number to do customs clearance.

  Please pay attention to the following tips:

  1. If the customer want to use your own EORI, please be sure to provide your EORI to customer manager to confirm whether it is vaild, then can add to the logistics system.

  2. On create new order add Tax ID option, the system default choice is use SFC's EORI number for custom clearance.

  3. Upload batch orders sample file Tax ID title is "Tax Type", the content is "Personal Tax" or "SFC Tax", "Personal Tax" means use customer own EORI number, "SFC Tax" refers to using SFC EORI number for custom clearance.

  4. If customers submit the orders through Interface, Tax ID title is "TaxType", the content is "1" or "2", "1" means use customer own EORI number, "2" refers to using SFC EORI number for custom clearance.

  5. When use customers EORI number do custom clearance, we will charge RMB5/ KG clearance fee, Less than one kilogram charged as one kilogram.

  If still do not have EORI number, you can contact customer manager to help you apply it.
