Notification for the matters needing attention when transfer to SFC

• Dear customer,

  As the Industrial and Commercial Bank do not allow the payee to check the notes filled by the payer, please send online banking transfer screenshots or ATM receipts to the email "pay_slip@sfcservice.com" when you transfer through online banking or ATM to ICBC.

  When you send email, please unified email title: "customer ID + bank name + account name + payment amount + payment time", the title is only for our accountant handle your mail quickly, the final amount will be subject to actual amount received.

  If the customer pay to our company through Alipay, 99 bill account, PayPal, HSBC or China merchants bank, please note your customer ID when make the payment.

  From now on, the customer do not need to inform customer service after make the payment, if you have any questions, please contact our customer service hotline: 400-881-8106.
