Notification for SFCQMUS packaging requirements and charge mode changed

• Dear customer,

  Informed by carrier, in order to ensure SFCQMUS parcels can finish the customs clearance smoothly, then make strictrequirements on packing:

  (A) Package volume size limit:

  Square: length + width + high should less than or equal 90cm, unilateral length should less than or equal 60cm.

  Cylindrical: double diameter + length should less than or equal 104 cm, unilateral length should less than or equal 90cm.

  (B) Package must use the standard envelope bag, rules package bag or carton packaging, cannot use the bag which have other company logo (such as with DHL, UPS, FEDEX, etc).

  (C) Carton packaging package need to calculate the volume weight, charge with the larger one compared with the actual weight, volume weight calculation formula: length cm + width cm + high cm/5000. Non-carton packaging packages are charged according to actual weight.
