What's next after activation?
After we receive your documents, we will activate your account and notify you via e-mail. You can then to login to our User Center and can enjoy the full access of our system. You will be familiar with our Inventory and Order Management System quite easily. We have a simple guideline for your help too.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Your manufacturer CANNOT simply send the stock to our warehouse! In fact, They should not send it to us immediately. You MUST pre-notify us of your incoming stock by creating an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) in our system!
Please download the Fulfillment Service User Guide now and follow the instructions. Note that you must complete
Step 1 (Create Product)
Step 2 (Deposit Fund + Activate Plan)
Step 3 (Activate Product)
Step 4 (Create ASN) before sending your products to our warehouse.Do not skip any steps! If your incoming stock arrives without ASN, then there is a penalty will be charged of 100 RMB per cubic meter per day, until you create the ASN in our system. It is also your responsibility to educate your manufacturer about the proper procedure, especially.
Please follow these procedures –
A.Insert Packing List into the carton.
B. Attach ASN barcode and SFC address label on the outside of the carton.If you are using our shipping-only service, then please download the Shipping Service User Guide instead. There will be instructions of how to send your packages to SFC.
To activate your Monthly Plan or to start shipping, you will need to deposit fund into your SFC prepaid account first. Click here for procedure to top-up via PayPal.
